Then later that evening, we decided to try out baking cookies, he googled up the recipe and found one. So, he says to me, lets try this. So, there we are, off to Hero Supermarket to buy some baking stuff. (at that time it was already 8 something p.m.)
we got back and tried the recipe. it turned out great, the only glitch is that, there is too much oil in it, so the cookies had to be cooked at a little more time. (hey, the recipe says, 4 cups of butter and 4 cups of oil) :D
So, I am still not pleased. Those cookies tastes great, but still... I am not pleased. This is an era where nothing is a secret anymore, so, I googled up for the recipes. and found this website, where he told that he was somewhat con and had to pay RM250 for Famous Amos Cookie Recipe. So, as payback, he is distributing the recipes to other peeps... KEWL! And, there are a lot of people who had shared this recipe through their blogs etc. I got the recipe and here it is. It is gonna be a long vaca, might as well put this up for the test.
peace!
